Program: High-voltage Transmission and Distribution Line Construction, Operation and Maintenance
Program Objective and Employment Prospects: Graduates may work in a transmission and distribution company, power plant, power supply company, rural power bureau, and large and medium-sized mining enterprises. They will be mainly involved in high-voltage transmission lines design, construction, operation, examination, maintenances; and power transformation equipment installation and test. Through three years’ study, graduates master theoretical knowledge, professional skills, and develop abilities in computer applications.

Program: Power Supply and Consumption
Program Objective and Employment Prospects: Graduates of this program may work in power supply companies, rural power supply companies, some local enterprises, etc. It equips graduates with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in installation, operation, maintenance and management of power supply and consumption.

Program Objective and Employment Prospects: The program aims to provide students with skills in power system relay protection. Graduates may work in power plants, power substations and other power supply and consumption enterprises. It equips students with practical skills in power relay protection and operation, maintenance, management, debugging, and the installation of automation equipment.

Program: Power Plant & Power System
Program Objective and Employment Prospects: The program aims to train senior technicians who will be employed in power generating, power transmission and power distribution systems. Graduates of this program may work in the areas of power plants, power supply companies, rural power supply companies, some local enterprises, etc. It equips graduates with practical skills in the operation, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment, and in the design, sales and management of electric power projects.
